A behaviour and training foundations program for puppies 12 - 24 weeks
Set the stage for confidence, strong social skills, and a stronger bond with you. Puppy kindergarten not only provides your puppy with essential experiences, structure and learning, but also provides you with the support and answers you need during your puppy’s critical development stage.
Through this program, your puppy will have an excellent foundation of basic obedience cues and skills such as loose leash walking, but most importantly will learn essential communication skill, have safe socialization experiences, and grow in confidence.

EARLY SOCIALIZATION
Safe experiences: Help your puppy grow into a confident adult by
providing them with a safe environment to meet other puppies, dogs,
people and situations.

inhibition during managed play sessions.

Get started with Puppy Kindergarten
STEP 1: Schedule a Meet & Greet
A Meet & Greet is a 30-minute pre-booked time where we assess your puppy’s comfort away
from you, with us, and in our environment.
At the Meet & Greet:
- we take a video of the Meet & Greet and can walk you through any behaviours or communication cues we note that will inform our program recommendation.
- we will recommend either our Social or CLASS activity program.
At the end of the Meet & Greet:
- we will book your puppy’s Pre-PuppyK First Day, which is your puppy’s first day of daycare in advance of kindergarten starting.
STEP 2: Book your puppy for a Pre-PuppyK First Day
During this day, we will:
- begin relationship building with your puppy.
- affirm the play program selected for them (Social or CLASS).
- assess your puppy for any specific behaviours or learning we think they may benefit from in their Puppy Kindergarten program.
At the end of this day, we will:
- review your puppy’s first day and experience.
- provide you with a package of materials.
- book your Pre-PuppyK consultation with the trainer.
You can also fill in the questionnaire below to provide us with additional details.
STEP 3: Pre-PuppyK Consultation with the Trainer
During this call or in-person consultation, the trainer will:
- discuss your desired curriculum for your puppy’s program.
- book in your puppy’s days of kindergarten.
- schedule the final hand-off private training session for the final day.
STEP 4: Bring your puppy for their first day of Puppy Kindergarten
During each day, your puppy will:
- participate in their daycare play program.
- have structured and supported rest time.
- train with the trainer.
Each day you will receive:
- an email update providing details on how your puppy did during play time and during breaks.
Throughout the program, you will receive four videos showing what was worked on so you can practice at home and ensure consistency for your dog.
STEP 5: Celebrate your puppy's last day in Puppy Kindergarten
On your puppy’s final day, we will:
- hold their final training session.
- have a Puppy Kindergarten graduation post and celebration!
At the scheduled check-out, you will:
- meet with the trainer to debrief the program.
- discuss any next steps or support you might like.

Social Puppy Kindergarten
For socially-confident dogs. This Puppy Kindergarten program is a 12-day program that takes place during daycare. Daycare days are either scheduled twice a week or three times a week, for a total program duration of 4 or 6 weeks. Program can be condensed to more days per week. All Puppy K programs includes a 30-minute graduation session and four videos during the program.

CLASS Puppy Kindergarten
For dogs needing assistance building their comfort and confidence. This Puppy Kindergarten program is a 12-day program that takes place during daycare. Daycare days are either scheduled twice a week or three times a week, for a total program duration of 4 or 6 weeks. Program can be condensed to more days per week. All Puppy K programs includes a 30-minute graduation session and four videos during the program.

Days may be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice and all days must be complete within 8 weeks. Prices do not include gst. If 24 hours' notice is not given, the credit for the day is non-transferrable to another day.
