We meet and assess each dog individually so we know your dog before they come to board.
If you are traveling from afar and unable to attend in advance for a Meet & Greet, contact us at 587-787-3713

The first day of daycare is a day for relationship and comfort-building with your dog. On that day, we confirm the play program we recommended for your dog after their Meet & Greet Appointment.
We require all dogs to come for a day of daycare at least once in the four weeks preceding a boarding booking so we can have a current play profile on their account.
We can occasionally complete the Meet & Greet and the First Day of Daycare and then roll into the first night of boarding on the same day. Individual charge for each service applies.

- Distemper combination vaccine (often called DAP or DHPP)
- Rabies
- Puppies must be 12 weeks old and have completed two sets of vaccines (puppies under 24 weeks generally won't have rabies complete)
- Bordetella and flea and tick treatment is suggested
We accept all ages of intact dogs. Intact dogs over 8 months old may be required to transfer into our personal play boarding option if they are not doing well in social group at any point during their stay. There is an intact surcharge per day for intact dogs over 8 months old.
Absolutely! We encourage all potential clients to tour our facility and meet our staff before bringing their dog. You can schedule a tour by contacting us.
