Boarding is a change in routine, environment, and expectations for your dog.
We support that transition through thoughtful structure, professional oversight, and behavioural insight—guiding each stay to keep dogs calm, settled, and emotionally well.
Our boarding care is intentionally structured to support dogs across a broad spectrum of social comfort, developmental stages, and care needs. Rather than offering a single boarding model, we match each dog to the appropriate boarding option to ensure comfort, safety, and consistency throughout their stay.
Our boarding care supports dogs who are:
Each of these profiles requires thoughtful differences in structure, supervision, and handling—and our team is equipped to support them appropriately.

For dogs who are socially confident and enjoy small group interaction.
Dogs in this pathway participate in our Social Daycare of structured group activity alongside appropriate rest and downtime.

For dogs who benefit from smaller groups, lower energy environments, or additional support building confidence in social settings.
This pathway prioritizes calm interactions, confidence-building interactions and emotional comfort through our Confidence Daycare pathway.

For dogs who cannot be with other dogs or who are most comfortable with individualized engagement.
Care is structured around one-on-one interaction, personal activity, and supported rest or matched play with a friend, as appropriate.
Some dogs require additional care considerations due to age, intact status, or medical needs. These factors do not change the core boarding pathway your dog belongs in, but they do affect how care is structured, supervised, and supported.
This may include:
Any required modifications are applied to your dog's reservation to ensure safety, comfort, and consistency throughout their stay.
Care decisions guided by experience, observation, and canine behaviour knowledge.
A trained team member is on-site overnight to monitor guests and respond as needed.
Thoughtfully designed routines that balance activity, rest, and transitions throughout the day.
Ongoing monitoring of each dog’s comfort, engagement, and wellbeing.
Daily behavioural updates and proactive communication throughout your dog’s stay
Boarding stays match up with one of our three daycare pathways to match social comfort and energy.
Boarding days are structured to closely mirror a daycare day, maintaining familiarity and consistency for dogs who have completed their first day of daycare or regularly attend with us. By following a routine your dog knows, we help reduce stress and support a smoother transition into boarding.
In addition to the regular daycare schedule, boarding guests receive:
This extended structure allows boarding dogs to remain engaged without becoming overstimulated, while still prioritizing rest, comfort, and predictability throughout the day.
Overnight Care & Comfort
A trained team member is on-site and supervising overnight. To support comfort overnight, boarding dogs have a final evening activity period between 7:00–8:00 pm, and morning bathroom breaks begin between 5:00–6:00 am.
This ensures dogs are not confined for extended periods overnight and can settle comfortably with appropriate opportunities to move and relieve themselves
Every boarding stay includes:
All boarding guests complete a Meet & Greet and attend a first day of daycare prior to boarding. This allows our team to assess comfort, handling needs, and the most appropriate boarding pathway and care structure.
Even more importantly, it allows your dog to experience us, build relationship, and feel comfortable with us and in our environment.
From there, we identify the correct boarding structure and option for your dog. You don’t choose an option yourself—we place your dog to ensure they are supported appropriately throughout their stay.
Traveling from afar?
If you are travelling from from outside the area and not arriving in Edmonton prior to the day you need to begin boarding, contact us directly so we can coordinate and review options so we can complete our assessment process and ensure safe settling and transition of your dog with us.
We offer a broad range of optional enhancements to further personalize your dog’s stay, including comfort preferences, additional engagement, hygiene services, feeding and meal prep customizations, training support, and more.
Enhancements are optional and guided by our team based on what will genuinely benefit your dog
For dogs who benefit from structured learning, trainer-guided sessions may be integrated into their boarding stay. Training can support confidence, communication, and emotional regulation or can focus on obedience or behavioural goals, and is always tailored to your dog’s readiness and needs.
Every boarding stay begins with a Meet & Greet so we can understand your dog and guide placement with care and clarity.

SAFETY, COMFORT & TRUST
Yes. A trained team member is on-site and supervising overnight. Dogs are monitored in person throughout the night so care and comfort needs can be responded to promptly.
All boarding guests sleep in private, fully enclosed lodging spaces designed to support comfort, rest, and visual separation from neighbouring dogs. Lodgings are spacious and can comfortably accommodate family members staying together when appropriate.
Unlike open-sleep concepts or small crate-based boarding, our lodging areas provide dogs with a quiet, personal space where they can fully disengage from activity and settle overnight.
For sanitation and safety reasons, we do not allow personal bedding to be brought from home. Each lodging space includes a raised bed, and parents may authorize us to provide additional blankets if their dog prefers extra softness or nesting comfort. All bedding provided is cleaned and maintained between stays.
We intentionally manage noise levels throughout the day because a consistently loud environment can increase stress and make it harder for dogs to rest and recover. Our team actively monitors play and group dynamics, reinforcing calm, appropriate play and stepping in when energy or vocalization begins to escalate.
Rest areas are separate from play spaces so dogs who are resting can fully disengage from activity. By prioritizing emotional pacing and quieter environments, we support a calmer overall experience and help dogs settle comfortably throughout their stay.
Boarding days follow the familiar structure of a daycare day to support consistency and comfort. Each dog participates in the daycare pathway identified during their Meet & Greet and first daycare day.
In addition to the regular daycare schedule, boarding guests receive:
This structure allows for engagement while prioritizing rest and emotional pacing.
Boarding dogs have a final evening activity period between 7:00–8:00 pm, with morning bathroom breaks beginning between 5:00–6:00 am. This ensures dogs are not confined for extended periods overnight and are supported with predictable care both before bedtime and early in the morning
Boarding at our facility includes private sleep spaces, and dogs are supported in learning to rest calmly in their designated area. For dogs who find this challenging, we offer preparation support and settle-focused training to help them disengage from activity and rest comfortably.
MEALS, FOOD & MEDICATION SUPPORT
All boarding stays include two daily meal times, typically breakfast and dinner, but we can schedule for any two meal-time combinations. Meals are served individually in private spaces to support comfort, focus, and accurate monitoring.
Yes. Additional meal times or snacks—such as a morning snack, lunch, or evening snack—can be added as needed. Any meals beyond the two included meal times are available as an added service. For puppies under 6 months, additional meal times are considered essential and there is no additional service fee.
Yes. We accept raw-fed, wet canned, and home-cooked meals and can support a wide range of feeding routines. Because these meals require additional handling, preparation steps, and tracking to ensure accuracy and safety, they are available as an additional food-handling service.
Yes. We can administer topical (skin, ear and eye) and oral (systemic) medications as prescribed. We are unable to administer injectable medications.
Medication administration is carefully tracked and reported in your dog’s daily update so you can see medication administration logs.
